Here’s a little bit about my education and credentials:
I have had the privilege of taking care of children for years, and it has been such a joy. However, I found a whole new appreciation for the unconditional love between a parent and child when I had my first child in 2018. Being a mom has been the greatest joy of my life and has absolutely made me a better doctor.
I have enjoyed working in private practice in St. Louis, MO and in the greater Houston area for the past several years. I’ve also had the experience of working as an attending at Texas Children’s Hospital, caring exclusively for medically complex and special needs children and teaching future pediatric dentists! I still maintain an affiliation with the hospital should any of your children require treatment in a hospital setting.
When I’m not working, I really enjoy spending time with my family. I’m married to Dr. Chai Mutyala, an anesthesiologist in the area, and we have a sweet little boy.
I want for all of my patients and their parents to feel comfortable with me and to consider my practice as their dental home. I am always ready and willing to listen to questions and concerns, to share some laughter, and to partner with you to care for your children!
See Dr. Appareddy in a recent “TODAY” article defending Chrissy Teigen, a mom being shamed on social media for waiting too long to take her daughter for her first dental appointment. Dr. Appareddy chimed in to support her which can be read here:
